Lindsay Lohan Gets Philosophical While Naked in Playboy

Lindsay Lohan Gets Philosophical While Naked in Playboy 1Lindsay Lohan apparently took time during her photo shoot for Playboy magazine to wax philosophical about her life, posing nude and the fleeting nature of time. Did she really say that?

As the magazine rushes to do damage control after the entire Lohan photo spread leaked online, more info is trickling out about the “Mean Girls” star’s interview.

Her photo shoot is a tribute to a similar spread that Marilyn Monroe posed for back in the 1950s, and it seems LiLo’s a real aficionado of the 1950s screen siren.

Lohan quotes her wistfully in the article.

“Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature,” Lohan, 25, says in the issue. “I think Marilyn Monroe once said that. I certainly agree with her.”

The quote, however, sounds a little too canned. Do you think Lindsay actually said that, or was it suggested or merely written in by an editor, maybe even Hugh Hefner himself?

Monroe helped Hefner launch the magazine, and he, more than anyone, would be knowledgeable about her and what she said.

And how about this bromide:

“It’s a very male-dominated world to begin with, so knowing yourself and being comfortable with your body is an important thing for me as a woman,” Lindsay muses.

Sounds more like a line from Hefner’s own hedonistic Playboy philosophy, rather than 25-year-old bi-sexual feminist’s own feelings.

But Lohan doesn’t stop there. She also reflects on the last few years of her shipwrecked life.

“Looking back, I probably would have listened to and taken more advice from the people whom I admire and would have followed through with it more,” she says.

“My stubbornness at 18- and 19-years-old got in the way,” she explains.

“During the past five years, I’ve learned that time flies faster than you think, and because you only live once you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable.”

The magazine has been thrown into an uproar because of the leak, and Hefner has reported moved up its publication by a week to capitalize on the publicity.

Meanwhile, Hef has unleashed his lawyers in an effort to curb the spread of Lohan’s photos.

Several sites have been issued “take down” notices claiming copyright violations, but the photos are still easily available on the Internet.

Lohan has probably done the smartest thing in her career. She took off for a vacation to Hawaii with sister Ali until the whole mess blows over.

She’s scheduled to appear on Ellen DeGeneres on Dec. 15 to “unveil” the magazine cover.
