Kim Kardashian decision whether to press charges against a woman who dumped flour on her may be easier since the alleged perpetrator has been identified as a rabid animal rights activist.

Christina Cho, who is known for dramatic anti-fur protests, allegedly showered Kim in white baking flour as she walked the red carpet for the launching of her perfume, True Reflection.

Cho was detained and released after Kardashian declined to press charges. But follow up reports say that the reality tv personality is rethinking her decision. She said she may file charges because the protest was a form of “bullying.”

Kim has become a lightning rod for criticism and derision ever since she decided to end her marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries just 72 days after her blowout wedding. But animal rights activists, led by PETA, have long been critical of her for insisting on wearing fur.

The group, known formally as People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, denied any link to the incident. But Cho was described as an “influential” member of the group, according to gossip site TMZ.

Two years ago, Cho reportedly grabbed a microphone from Donna Karan at a Women’s Conference event in New York City and blasted the industry for using fur, according to TMZ.

At the time, Cho was identified by the group as a “PETA member,” “superstar activist” and won a PETA award 2010. Christina’s younger sister Michelle is a top PETA official in L.A., the web site reported.”

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian blew off the organization, claiming it condones “bullying.” She’d posed nude in one of its anti-fur campaigns. (See a PETA Nude Ad Gallery here.

Khloe said she is disgusted the organization has ties to Cho. “Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior,” she said in a statement.
