Also known as the “Salon du Chocolat,” the New York Chocolate Show features confectioners, pastry chefs, and food artists from around the world showcasing their mouth-watering and eye-catching chocolate creations.
Experts such as former “Top Chef: Just Desserts” contestant Zac Young and “Food Network” alum Jansen Chan will demonstrate how to make scrumptious white-chocolate crème brulee with bourbon and pumpkin, among other tasty delights.
Considered the largest chocolate event in America, the New York Chocolate Show features more than 65 fine-chocolate companies, as well as book signings and cooking demos.
This year’s show takes place through Nov. 11 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in the Flatiron District. For tickets, check out the NY Chocolate Show’s website.
