Swift, 22, was spotted with Styles over the weekend strolling around one of the most romantic parks in the world, New York City’s Central Park.
The extent of their relationship is unknown at this point. Their jaunt in the park look more like a friendship than a relationship. But their very public display of affection suggests that something is brewing.
They were spotted strolling around the park with Lux, the 15-month-old child of Styles’ hair stylist Lou Teasdale. Teasdale and her fiancé, Tom Atkin, were along for the day, as well.
It was only this past summer that Swift was head-over-heels for Conor Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the late Mary Richardson Kennedy. But he was only 18 and still in high school and some of the Kennedy matrons seemed to have a problem with that.
Swift and Kennedy reportedly parted ways in October, because he had to get on back to school and she had to hit the road to promote her new album Red. Suddenly all those hyped up tabloid stories about true love and the Kennedy mystique looked pretty silly.
Indeed, Swift wasted little time moving on with Styles, who was best known previously in the relationship department for bedding women twice his age.
Swift’s love life is now becoming more complicated than one of her breakup songs. She briefly saw Harry in March, but it ended quickly after word got back to her that he was flirting around. Her song, “I Knew You Were Trouble,” is reportedly about him, although some say it’s about John Mayer.
Swift, who sings about loves lost, seems to suffer from the lost puppy syndrome; she likes guys who are trouble. Being a hopeless romantic, she thinks she can change them. Boy is she wrong.
Swift has now gone through a slew of boyfriends that include Joe Jonas, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal and Kennedy, whom she hooked up with shortly after his mother’s tragic death. A pattern is emerging and it isn’t pretty.
Behind that beautiful soul could be the heart of a maneater, an irresistible woman who chews and spits out men after using them for some sort of gain… like breakup songs! Watch out Harry!
