Robert Pattinson has agreed to be a presenter for the Golden Globe Awards Show, even though he was snubbed by Globe voters for his role in the David Cronenberg film “Cosmopolis.”

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which hands out the awards, announced today that Pattinson would be joining the ranks of presenters along with Adele, Taylor Swift, Megan Fox, Rosario Dawson, Jeremy Irons, Jessica Alba, Lucy Liu and Dennis Quaid.

Other A-Listers, including George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Garner, Kerry Washington, Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Wiig, Jeremy Renner, Amanda Seyfried and Will Ferrell have already been announced.

Adele, a multi-Grammy and Brit Award winner, has been nominated for a Golden Globe for writing and performing the James Bond theme song “Skyfall.”

Swift has been nominated in the Best Song category for “Safe and Sound” from “The Hunger Games.”

Pattinson turned in one of the strongest performances in his career in “Cosmopolis.” He played high-flying financier Eric Packer, who gets lost in a surreal world of greed, corruption and sexual depravity all in a day and all during a limo ride across Manhattan to get a haircut.

He’s currently working on director Jean-Stephane Sauvaire’s war drama “Operation Blacklist.”

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will host the 70th Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, Jan. 13, at the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton, in Beverly Hills, Calif. Be sure to follow TheImproper on Twitter for all the latest Robert Pattinson updates.
