Golden Globes Red Carpet Live Stream Watch It Here!

goldenglobe-awards2013Tiny Fey and Amy Poehler will do their best to keep the Golden Globes Awards ceremony light and lively when Hollywood’s fun night out commences tonight (Jan. 13) on NBC. You can watch the stars arrive live on the red carpet right here!

While the Globes are often derided because they’re picked by the Hollywood Foreign Press Assocation (HFPA), a rag-tag group of mostly free-lance journalists, you can bet all the big names will be there.

Among this year’s A-List nominees are Daniel Day-Lewis, Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence, and yes, even Jack Black. Of course, Meryl Streep has also been nominated. Isn’t she every year?

Quentin Tarantino is also up for an award as best director for his blood and gore film “Django Unchained.” He’s become a lightning rod for film violence since the picture’s release on Christmas day.

The Globes are supposed to be a harbinger of the all-important Oscars, but this year’s selections were clearly tilted toward off-beat indie films at the expense of big-budget blockbusters like “The Dark Knight Rises,” “Skyfall,” and “The Amazing Spider-Man.”

The films are voted on by the 95 foreign correspondents who normally cover Hollywood. Films must screen during the calendar year for at least seven days to qualify, although some film festival screenings can count, according to the association.
