Britney Spears Ignites Bidding War for Vegas Show Deal

BritneySpears-vegasdealBritney Spears may have gotten the boot from “X-Factor” (or quit, whatever), they love her in Las Vegas. She’s reportedly touched off a bidding war among casinos desperate to have her perform at their venue.

After reports claimed that she was mulling an offer from a casino residency in Sin City, the bidding war was on, according to gossip site TMZ.

At least three casinos want to sign Britney to perform a regular show, five-days a week, according to the site. Spears was reported last week to be talking to Caesars in a deal valued at up to $100 million a year. The deal includes appearances and pool parties.

Celine Dion set the bar on Vegas shows with a $100 million deal, and Britney could top that, sources say.

Only one problem is she prepared mentally for the grueling pace of daily shows? Spears’ mental health has been a big question ever since a judge refused to modify her conservatorship after a hearing last August.

Her father Jaime Spears controls all aspects of her personal and financial affairs. The 31-year-old singer is so out of it, she reportedly was not involved in her own breakup from fiancee Jason Trawick.

Dad Jaime handled the breakup after Trawick said he wanted out of the relationship. Trawick resigned as co-conservator and the split was announced.

“She knows that the engagement is off and that Jason has been removed from the conservatorship, but she still hasn’t exactly grasped yet that the relationship is totally over,” a source said.

During her “X-Factor” gig, Britney exhibited signs of severe stress. She chewed her fingernails until they bled and had a severe outbreak of psoriasis, which can be stress related.
