Justin Bieber near brush with a couple of losers who planned to brutally murder the pop sensation was captured in a chilling telephone recording. One of the conspirators is in prison and, duh, didn’t realize phone calls are monitored.

The plot was hatched last fall, and seems ludicrous, yet stranger things have happened.

What makes the call so chilling is the matter-of-fact way prison inmate Dana Martin instructed the would-be hitman Tanner Ruane on how he wanted the hit go down.

Martin not only wanted Bieber killed, but also gruesomely castrated with a pair of hedge clippers. Martin is the lowest of lowlifes. He’s serving two life-sentences for the rape and murder of a 15-year-old girl. He might be lucky to get out when he’s 80.

Ruane appears to be just plain stupid. Martin reportedly offered him $5,000 for each one of Bieber’s testicles, although where he would get the money is anyone’s guess, given his lengthy prison sentence.

Here’s a snippet of the inane conversation.

Ruane: “We went and we bought. You know, the (expletive) hedge clippers, the hand hedge clippers.”

Martin: “You got to be kidding me.”

Ruane: “Hell yeah, dude. That was all me. I was going to get down and dirty.”

Martin also had specific instructions on how to kill the singer. He wanted him suffocated with a paisley scarf. “Tie it in the front once really, really tight. That cuts off the oxygen. Then you tie it in the back again, really tight. And, that seals the deal.”

The tape was recorded last November but was made public today (Feb. 19) by a local ABC news station WCAX in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Martin is incarcerated in Las Cruces prison.

Prison officials got wind of the plan by listening in on Martin’s phone calls. Check out excerpts from the newscast below and be sure to follow TheImproper on Twitter for all the latest celebrity updates.
