John Travolta Pecker Still in a Pickle Over Gay Sex Assault Case

John Travolta’s John Doe woes won’t go away. Hot shot feminist lawyer Gloria Allred is now repping the first John Doe, while yet another John Doe made new sexual impropriety allegations today against the actor.

The 58-year-old actor’s lawyer Marty Singer had declared victory in the civil sex assault lawsuits after Doe No. 1 dropped his case, and Doe No.2 agreed to private litigation.

But Allred, a veteran of celebrity sex scandals involving Tiger Woods, porn actress Ginger Lee and actor Herman Cain, told TheWrap today Doe No. 1 is now conferring with her “regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take.”

“Mr. Doe’s lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, which means that he is still legally entitled to file a lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses,” she said in a statement.

The accuser, who still remains anonymous, charged in a May 4 court filing that Travolta groped his genitals during a massage and began masturbating. The case was complicated after Doe No. 1 said the incident occurred on Jan. 16, the wrong date.

His attorney, Okorie Okorocha dropped him as a client after the Singer produced documents showing Travolta was in New York on Jan. 16.

But such a mistake is only a technicality that wouldn’t necessarily hurt his case.

In a separate report, John Doe No. 4 surfaced today (May 16) and accused Travolta of groping and fondling him against his will at a gym. The actor was working out there while on a film shoot.

“The gym was opened [after hours] as a courtesy to John Travolta so that he could avoid the public yet maintain his fitness in this physically challenging role that he was doing at the time,” a source told gossip site RadarOnline. During one of those sessions the alleged sexual assault occurred.

A fifth man also went public today, but he said the sex he had with Travolta was consensual.
