Where's John Travolta? Lays Low After Gay Sex Assault Suits

John Travolta has been out of sight, but not out of mind since his gay sexual assault scandal broke. The search for the actor in now focusing on the Bahamas, where the star maintains a private getaway.

The latest reports say the 58-year-old actor has taken up residence on a remote Bahama island. He’s taking an extended vacation with his wife Kelly Preston and their two children, according to reports.

Earlier reports that Preston had left her husband of 20 years appear to be untrue. She was reported to have called it quits as the number of accusers mounted.

Travolta was last seen at his home in the Ocala, Fla., where he lives in an community built around a runway and residents can park their private planes in their driveways.

He also was spotted at the Scientology center in nearby Clearwater, E! reported.

Earlier this month, a Los Angeles masseur filed a lawsuit claiming the “Hairsrpay” actor groped him and tried to coerce him into a sexual act, igniting a firestorm.

Travolta has long been rumored to be bi-sexual, although the actor has always strenuously denied any gay tendencies.

A second masseur in Atlanta, Ga., came forward with similar allegations and joined the first masseur’s lawsuit, which seeks $2 million in civil damages. Both lawsuits were withdrawn after the men switched attorneys. Hollywood lawyer Gloria Allred now represents both.

Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer has repeatedly denied the allegations.
