Justin Bieber’s trip to Norway for a “secret” concert isn’t so secret after all. Tens of thousands of fans have poured into the nation’s capital from all over Europe to catch a glimpse of the teen sensation.
Police are reportedly on the verge of declaring a state of emergency in Oslo, because of the huge influx of Bieber fans.
They have turned to the Bieb’s for help, according to gossip site TMZ.
As it turns out, Justin is in Norway to tape a segment of his “Around the World” TV special. He’s being filmed in various spots holding outdoor concerts to gather footage for the show.
Justin was involved in an altercation with a photographer who has filed an assault charge against the singer. Police in Los Angeles are waiting to question him.
He tweeted earlier that he was off to a “secret concert.” But it didn’t take fans long to find out he would be performing four new songs from his Believe album tonight outside Oslo’s famed opera house.
The crowds are so large, the police have had trouble containing them, and have asked Bieber to move up the time of the concert to help them clear the city.
Bieber has heeded their message and reached out to fans on Twitter. “…for the show to happen u must all listen to the police. we are all concerned for your safety and i want what is best for u. please listen,” he wrote.
Bieber is currently in a secret location and will be helicoptered to the stage, TMZ reports.
