Catherine Zeta-Jones hangs with the rockers in a revealing tailer for the upcoming Tom Cruise film “Rock of Ages.” Although she’s a Bible thumper in the movie, she’s got the heavenly moves of a hot mamma.
Zeta-Jones has been through a lot in the three years since she last appeared on the big screen, including turns on Broadway, a bout of bi-polar disorder and husband Michael Douglas’s throat cancer ordeal.
But there’s no question she still packs a punch as one of Hollywood’s hottest sex sirens. She appears with Alec Baldwin, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand, Mary J. Blige and Paul Giamatti.
“I took a time-out, and then Michael got sick and just a whole bunch of things happened,” she says. “And then it was time to go back, and it was the right time.,” she tells USAToday.
In the movie, one of her big scenes has her singing Pat Benatar’s 1979 smash “Hit Me With Your Best Shot.”
“It was just fun to go in, to knock out that number. And I mean, knock it out, because it was really physical.”
She will co-star next with Bruce Willis in “Lay the Favorite,” which premiered at Sundance Film Festival. Other films in the works include “Playing the Field” with Dennis Quaid, “Broken City” with Mark Wahlberg and “The Bitter Pill” with Rooney Mara.
She obviously likes to keep busy. Check out her clip below.
