Comic-Con: Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart at Ease Together

Comic-Con: Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart at Ease Together 1Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart seemed more at ease with each other than ever during joint appearances at Comic-Con 2012 in San Diego, where they’re promoting “Breaking Dawn, Part 2.” It was obvious for a lot of reasons.

They’ve certainly done this drill many, many times before, so that always makes it easier. Still, this time they seemed different. They were relaxed, playful and looked very confident about who they are as a couple, as actors and personally.

Kristen, who has admitted feeling awkward doing news conferences and interviews, seemed to have developed some of Rob’s insouciance, especially when they were together. During the “Breaking Dawn, Part 2,” news conference she sat back in her chair, laughed, giggled and seemed totally at ease.

She was dressed casually in a skirt and a white top with a black bra that was visible in the flash from cameras. She work her trademark sneakers instead of heels.

Rob was also dressed casually as if the coordinated what to wear. He had on jeans and a short-sleeved shirt. He also sported his trademark stubble beard.

In contrast, Nikki Reed went for a hipster look in a leather skirt, and Ashley Greene wore a white sleeveless dress.

After five movies, they are undoubtedly glad this is the last Comic-Con they’ll do involving a “Twilight” film. Both now also have a couple of non-Twilight films under their belts, which must have boosted their confidence as actors.

They’ve both been able to land varied roles that should keep them from being typecast as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen. And they seem to be having fun with the characters they’ve lived with for so long.

“I have arrived!” said Kristen of her newfound vampire persona. “I think the first hunt, it’s like breaking a car in. It’s like, “Look what I’ve got!”‘

Indeed, she has arrived. They both have. Check out the video below.
