Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, for so long considered the perfect Hollywood couple, are now going through a bitter split. Rob has not only moved out, but will only talk with her by text.
Meanwhile, friends of the couple are being forced to chose sides as new revelations emerge that Kristen and her lover, Director Rupert Sanders, 41, may have been involved for far longer than she originally admitted.
The couple, who won thousands of fans with their portrayal of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, eternal lovers in the Twilight film series, have both moved out of the $6 million house they bought together and shared in Los Angeles.
They are also said to not be on speaking terms. Their only communication has been through text messages, according to reports. Both are said to be isolated from their joint-friends.
Rob reportedly went out for drinks with a woman he met in his hotel, according to The Sun, a London tabloid. “He went out for drinks with a woman staying in his hotel and he told her it was ‘ridiculous’ he had nobody to talk to. He’s been spending most of his days off playing computer games.”
Rob is especially bitter because he also feels betrayed by Sanders, and reportedly wants to meet with him to discuss what went down with Stewart, according to radaronline.
“He was hurt and heartbroken, then angry and p****d off, and now he just wants answers. He feels like he needs to know exactly what happened, how far it went and how many times, so he can figure out if this is something he can move past. He’s not ready to talk with Kristen, it’s too painful, so he’s going to Rupert.”
Sanders is trying to patch up his marriage to UK model Liberty Ross, with whom he has two children.
