Justin Timberlake is on the move again in New York City. He’s put his fab penthouse bachelor pad at SoHo Mews on the market for $7.65 million just two years after he sold his Tribeca apartment and moved into the place.
Timberlake may be consolidating his real estate holdings as he prepares to wed actress Jessica Biel and set up permanent residence in Los Angeles to pursue acting. Justin proposed over Christmas, but no wedding date has been set.
He’ll clear a small profit on the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath apartment if he gets his asking price. He bought the condo in 2010 for $6.56 million, according to real estate records.

He made the move after selling his Tribeca apartment for $5 million.
The apartment is Manhattan living at its best, with an expansive outdoor area, a fireplace and wide city views that include the towering Empire State Building. The property, designed by architects Gwathmey Siegel & Associates has 68 condos and overlooks West Broadway.
Timberlake’s Tribeca apartment was a 3,000-square-foot loft in the Pearline Soap Factory building. It featured 11-foot ceilings and 14 floor-to-ceiling arched windows. The building has a part-time doorman with only one apartment per floor.
The latest apartment has a master bathroom has a heated floor, stunning freestanding oval bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. There is loads of granite and stainless still in the contemporary design.
