Justin Bieber has waaay too much time on his hands. In what he called a “RANDOM TWITTER HOUR” he actually shouted out to his alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater. Why bring her up now, since it’s been months since the case made headlines?
The Bieber Tweet is getting lost of interpretations on the Internet. The most widely reported is that he is taunting the 21-year-old San Diego woman for filing a false paternity claim against him.
But the fact is the case was neither proved, nor disproved. Other reports claim her paternity suit, filed initially to force Bieber to take a paternity test, was “thrown out of court.” Neither claim, reported by The Hollywood Reporter, is true.
Yeater’s original lawyers voluntarily withdrew the petition and withdrew from her case. The move allowed Chicago lawyer and paternity expert Jeffrey Leving to handle the case. Leving said, at the time, he preferred to handle the case privately outside the courts.
His last known public comment on the case was last December, when he accused the pop star’s camp of refusing to cooperate to resolve the case.
“Bieber’s counsel hasn’t told me where Bieber’s alleged DNA is secured, nor has provided information substantiating the chain of custody and protocol utilized in the claimed DNA collection and testing,” Leving said back then.
TheImproper called Leving’s office last month. While the lawyer did not return a phone call for comment, his office confirmed that he is still representing Yeater.
It’s been almost four months since Yeater has been out of the news, and in today’s 24-7 newscycle, that’s a lifetime. Yet’s she’s apparently still front and center in his mind.
On April 21, he Tweeted: “Dear mariah yeeter [sic]…we have never met…so from the heart i just wanted to say…” and then he provided a link to a YouTube clip of Sacha Baron Cohen’s character Borat.
In the clip, Borat chants, “You will never get this!” But that’s not all he says. It goes:
“You will never get this, you will never get this,
Here, behind this cage, crazy, crazy, everybody laughs,
She go, ‘You never get this’
But, ah, one time, he break the cage,
And, he get this, and then, we’ll laugh…”
Given that she wants something from him, Justin apparently didn’t listen to the clip all the way through. In any event, he’s crazy for even bringing it up, unless it’s weighing on his mind. And if, it’s weighing on his mind, then ti strongly suggests the case is still be pursued.
Of course, it’s possible to read too much into a single Tweet. But by the same token, more is likely going on than just Justin taunting someone who briefly made headlines a year ago.
The baby scandal, if true, could potentially ruin his career, especially since he so strongly denied it. It would certainly impact his relationship with Selena Gomez, who was rumored to have dumped him up with him when the news broke.
So why bring it up? Check out the clip below.
