Miley Cyrus’ parents Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus have reportedly called it quits on their marriage again–this time, maybe for real. The marriage was rocked once before by rumors of infidelity involving Tish and Poison singer Bret Michaels.

This time, Tish is the one filing divorce paper,s citing the well-worn celebrity excuse, “irreconcilable differences.”

Miley’s mom sounds like the aggrieved party. She’s reportedly asking for the full-boat–spousal support, attorneys’ fees, and sole legal custody of Noah Cryus, 13. Billy Ray would get visitation rights.

The shoe was on the other foot in 2010. Billy Ray filed for divorce in October of that year. Although “irreconcilable differences” were also cited, tabloids reports claimed that Tish’s affair with Michaels caused the break up.

Michaels and Tish allegedly hit it off after the Poison singer collaborated with Miley on the song “Nothing To Lose” in February. Billy Ray also supposedly learned of another affair involving his wife, causing him to file. But all parties hotly denied the rumors.

The first time around, Billy Ray demanded full custody of his children with Tish, Miley, Noah and Braison and Tish’s two kids, Trace and Brandi, whom Billy Ray had adopted.

The couple finally put their 20-year marriage back together in March of 2011, according to TMZ

Tish’s demand for full custody suggests that Billy Ray did something to trigger the blow up of their marriage. To keep up with the latest developments on this story, follow TheImproper on Twitter.
