She is releasing her new album Stars Dance, will tour and then shift her focus back to her acting career.
Her risque movie, “Spring Breakers,” with Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson, Rachel Korine and James Franco, hit theaters last year, and is now behind her.
The movie grossed $32 million worldwide against a $7 million production cost, which makes it a moderate success. She has three other films in the works, including “Getaway,” an action thriller starring Ethan Hawke. It hits theaters Aug. 30.
She’s also set to appear in “Behaving Badly,” an upcoming comedy, written and directed by Tim Garrick. It also stars Dylan McDermott, Nat Wolff, Cary Elwes, Elisabeth Shue, Patrick Warburton and Mary-Louise Parker.
Next year, she’ll appear in “Rudderless, a comedy musical that is William H. Macy’s debut as a director.
