The sprawling estate is located in a wealthy enclave just north of the Miami that’s home to just 800 people, among them the wealthiest in the world.
Tiger Woods, Kid Rock, Olivia Newton-John, Michael Jordan and country singer Alan Woods have homes there. But even their pads are no match for Celine’s palace. It’s every inch fitting for a diva, even if you need a billionaire’s bank account to afford it.
But just look what you’ll be getting for the money.
Celine Dion’s Stunning Florida Estate
The compound looks like a floating paradise, with five buildings, 13 bedrooms, three pools, a private beachfront with stunning water views and the highest-grade finishes. And, it’s virtually surrounded by a swimming pool.
Dion announced in 2010 that she would be returning to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for a three-year residency at the casino involving seventy shows a year. She’s been in Vegas much of her time since March 2011, according to People.
Dion told the Montreal Gazette that she and her family which includes husband and manager René Angéli and twin children, spend most of their time in Vegas.
The property is styled after a Caribbean retreat. Beside the main house, there is a four-bedroom guest house and eight-bedroom guest house. Then, there is the tennis court, with it’s own tennis house, a simulated golf range and a pool house anchoring three massive pools.
The waterpark theme seems a little odd since the ocean and the estate’s beach house with a sleeping loft and massage room, is just yards away. But the views are as sublime as her five-octave, mezzo-soprano voice. And, get this, she’ll throw in the furniture for the right buyer.
