Bieber is currently being held in jail and will appear in court later to be arraigned and have bail set.
The fact that he is a Canadian and out-of-state resident could complicate his release. Technically he could be considered a flight risk.
This could also spell the end of his driving privileges.
On the DUI offense, Bieber could face a maximum of six months in jail and a fine of $250 to $500, and 50 hours of community service. Their license is automatically suspended for six months. if the perp is under 21.

The whole episode appears to be one more instance of bad judgment.
Bieber was reportedly driving a yellow Lamborghini sports car through a residential neighborhood, as if that didn’t stand out. He was racing a red sports car identified as either a Ferrari or Lamborghini. One of his friends, identified as R&B singer as Khalil was behind the wheel. He was also arrested, according to police.
And, Bieber wasn’t alone. He had a young model in the car. Sorry Selena!
He spent most of the evening in a club, which could also face repercussions since Bieber is under 21-years-old and legally isn’t allowed to drink, much less drive.
