Parker, 46, who is best known as the inquisitive, single Manhattan career girl in the hit HBO series “Sex and the City,” is anything but these days.

She’s married with three children, son James Wilkie, 8, and two-year-old twin daughters, Marion and Tabitha, who were born through a surrogate.

She puts all three to work in the Mario Testino photo shoot.

In one photo, Parker poses with the twins, who are wearing pink baby doll dresses and Mary-Jane shoes.

They’re playing in an utra-modern matching pink kitchen. But the sense of order is broken up by toys strewn everywhere.

Parker says Carrie Bradshaw’s life is “nothing – nothing – like mine.”

“I loved playing her, and it changed my life in lots of wonderful ways, but I’m not a crazy shoe lady, I don’t think about fashion all day long, although I have a great respect for the industry,” she says.

These days, she says she more readily relates to her character in her new movie, ” I Don’t Know How She Does It.”

She plays, Kate Reddy, in an adaptation of Allison Pearson’s 2002 best-selling novel about a financial executive who struggles to balance her heavy workload with the needs of her family.

‘I loved the part, and I can obviously relate to Kate,’ says Parker.

“Every choice we’ve made has been different, but with Kate I really understood the attempt at a life.”

The movie also stars Pierce Brosnan, Kelsey Grammer, Christina Hendricks, Olivia Munn and Seth Meyers.
