Dree Hemingway is featured in a stunning new fashion spread, but you’ll have to go all the way to Turkey to find it. The daughter of Mariel Hemingway and the great-granddaughter of legendary novelist Ernest Hemingway appears in the Turkish edition of Vogue.
Mariel was also a model and actress. Her most famous role was in Woody Allen’s “Manhattan” (1979), a romantic comedy in which she plays Allen’s seventeen-year-old lover.
Only 16 during filming, she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
She married Stephen Crisman in 1984, and they had two daughters Dree and Langley Fox, who was born in 1989. They separated in 2008.

Dree, a five-foot, nine-inch, blue-eyed blonde, strongly resembles her mother.
In the Vogue July issue shoot, Dree appears with Jon Kortajarena in an ode to summer.
Sebastian Faena was behind the lens and Mary Fellowes styled the two in summer casual wear.
Dree, who lives in New York, poses in several tasteful topless shots.

She debuted in the fall/winter 09-10 campaign for Givenchy at Paris Fashion Week in March, 2009, and has worked steadily since then for top houses.
In June 2009, she appeared in the Calvin Klein resort show in New York and the Topshop spring/summer 2010 show in London that fall.
Last January, she became the new face of the Gianfranco Ferré advertising campaign.
Ferré creative directors Tommasso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi said they chose her to portray “the free and fearless nature of an utterly feminine woman.”
Hemingway also fronted last year for Salvatore Ferragamo perfume called Attimo, shot by photographer Craig McDean.
She has also done campaigns for Gucci, Jean Paul Gautier, Valentino, H&M, Chanel, Paco Rabanne and A.Y. Not Dead.
She appears with Justin Bieber in the commercial of Bieber’s new fragrance “Someday.”
