Kim Kardashian needs a photo opportunity after months of damning press over her 72-day marriage to Basketball player Kris Humphries. She gets one in Allure. Talk about being washed up.
On a beach, that is. That’s the theme of the photo shoot, although seeing Kim thoroughly doused in water could be open to multiple interpretations.
Kim, 31, poses in a wet top that leaves little to the imagination. The accompanying article is all about Kim’s re-invention, apparently since the collapse of her marriage and the disastrous publicity that resulted.

Kim lets it be known she is still all about getting married and having kids, or at least the kid part. Sister Kourtney Kardashian is pregant with her second child out of wedlock with partner Scott Disick.
“Do I want kids of my own? Absolutely. But I don’t know if that’s what’s meant for me. Maybe I’ll just work, work, work, and not think about it,” she told the magazine. Khloé joked with me and said, ‘Will you be my surrogate?'”
For the moment, however, Kim wants to stay focused on her career. “I think I have a couple more years when I just want my body to myself. At 35, I promise I’ll consider it,” she said.
Kim also expressed regret about her blow out $18 million wedding. Critics say she staged the marriage just to cash in on the product endorsements and advertising on her two-hour wedding television special.
“[The experience] definitely made me want to be more private with my relationship, whenever I choose to get into one again. I’m not ready, but when that time comes, I’ll be more cautious about who I let my world open up to,” she said.
Kim has been reported to be fishing around for a boyfriend to counter reports that she is radioactive because of her disastrous marriage. She was rumored to be interest in Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow and also rumored to have been seeing New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez. She has since denied the rumors.
She was spotted with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush on a lunch date at the Beverly Hills hotel.
