Nicole Kidman embodies ’80s chic with oodles of neon and metallic jewelry, some of the shortest skirts going and a knockout body, even though the stunning star is now 45-years-old.
She cover’s “V” magazine’s travel issue wearing a skirt that offers a fleeting peek at her round bottom.
Nicole was obviously helped by favorable lighting and some digital retouching, but it’s still all her in front of fashion photographer Mario Testino’s lens. “Beautiful, beautiful,” Testino chirps, as Kidman purses her lips and looks intently into the camera, the magazine reports.

“You are so hot it is beyond! Look at your body! It is incredible!” Testino gushes. And that’s saying a lot. He’s photographed the most beautiful women in the world. Kidman was adorned with the barest of clothes from Chanel, Lanvin and Miu Miu.
Kidman was totally game for the shoot, including what’s known as “the dead girl pose.” Not many actresses would do it, but Nicole went for it.
She likes taking risks. “I go with the flow. If I were a strategically minded person, I think I would have a far different career. But I would be more outlandish if I could. A lot of times you just don’t get the chance,” she explained.
Kidman’s film roles are many and varied, but she brings a presence to the screen no matter what she does. In her newest movie, “The Paperboy,” a black comedy, she plays a woman who obsessively writes to prison inmates.
She crosses paths with a journalist (Matthew McConaughey) and his younger brother (Zac Efron) who are trying to save a prisoner from death row, played by John Cusack.
Her character is sexually charged and Nicole was called on to feign oral sex in one scene and to pee on Efron’s character after he’s stung by a jelly fish.
“The peeing thing, I didn’t think was that weird, because I was in character,” Kidman says. “That was for the jellyfish. And for me it said so much about Charlotte. One, she’s protecting him. Two, she’s tough as nails and no one else is going to pee on this guy. All of that made total sense to me,” she says.
“I just went for it and didn’t overthink it.”
Bravo for her. check out her photos and the behind-the-scenes video below. For more, click over to V magazine.
