David Hasselhoff, forever immortalized as the buff, over-age beach lifeguard in “Baywatch,” is turning up in the most unusual places. The ‘Hoff, now 60, is alive and well, although he looks like he was embalmed years ago. What’s he doing these days?

“Baywatch” has been off the air since 2001 and Dave has been dwelling in that netherworld of former television stars who turn up regularly on reality television shows.

He was a judge on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent from 2006 to 2009; appeared on the eleventh season of “Dancing with the Stars” in 2010 and worked as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent” last year.

Hasselhoff even had a reality show of his own on A&E, but if you blinked you missed it. It was canceled after only two episodes.

Dave’s best acting performance may have been the time his daughters videoed him stupifyingly drunk. Only he wasn’t acting. Maybe you saw the sequel. A video also went viral of Dave drunk eating a cheeseburger.

But don’t think his acting talents are going to waste. Dave recently filmed a coffee commercial.

It’s titled: “Thirsty for Love.” As true fans know, Dave is also a singer and musician. He combines all of his talents in the one-minute spot.

And where is it filmed? At the beach of course. Dave wears white linen and sings about love to a … coffee cup. Honest! It’s classic ‘Hoff.
