Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play a young couple with a toddler who must figure out a way to deal with a house full of frat boys next door in a new trailer for uproarious comedy “Neighbors.”

The film also stars Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and former “Friends” star Lisa Kudrow.

When you’re newly married an have a toddler the last thing you want disrupting your suburban existence is a reminder of your old college days. But when a frat house opens up next door, Mac Radner (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Byrne) find themselves on the outside looking in.

They make an attempt at peaceful relations; all they ask is to keep the noise down. But the frat boys have their own definition of noise. The Radner’s finally call the cops on a loud party. Bad move.

The frat boys declare war and the Radner’s find themselves woefully outgunned. The film, originally called “Townies,” opens May 9.
