Chloe Grace Moretz is featured as a teen hooker in a new trailer for “The Equalizer,” a movie knock-off of the popular television show. Move over Jodi Foster and Brook Shields.

Moretz, 17, teams up with Oscar winner Denzel Washington, who plays Robert McCall, a retired special-ops commando.

McCall reaches out to Moretz’s character, Teri, in a coffee shop. He offers to help her escape from prostitution and quickly realizes it won’t be a walk in the park.

She’s tied into a ring run by the Russian mafia, and it takes all of his government-supplied commando skills to beat back the mob.

Moretz’s role recalls Foster’s part as teen prostitute Iris “Easy” Steensma in the 1976 movie “Taxi Driver,” with Robert Di Niro. She was 14 at the time.

Shields played a teen prostitute, Violet, in the 1978 movie “Pretty Baby.” She was 13.

In that regard, Moretz brings a little more maturity to the role.

Melissa Leo plays McCall’s old friend and Marton Csokas plays Teddy, a brutal fixer for the Russian Mob.
